Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounts:
● Maintain accurate financial records including daily sales, expenses, and deposits across all outlets.
● Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
● Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
● Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and cost control across stations.
● Ensure compliance with tax regulations, invoicing standards, and internal audit requirements.
Administration:
● Supervise administrative operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency and compliance withcompany policies.
● Handle employee records, attendance, shift schedules, and leave management.
● Manage payroll processing in coordination with the Finance and accounts team.
● Maintain proper documentation for assets, insurance, licenses, and vendor contracts.
Sales & Operations:
● Monitor fuel and non-fuel sales across outlets and ensure accurate recording.
● Analyze sales trends and support outlet teams in achieving targets.
● Supervise the preparation and submission of daily operational and sales reports.
Inventory & Stock Control:
● Oversee fuel inventory, lubricant stock, and retail item levels.
● Coordinate stock audits, variance analysis, and reorder requirements.
● Ensure stock movement is tracked correctly in systems and physical registers.
Project Management:
● Assist in planning and execution of outlet-level projects (e.g., upgrades, new services, processimprovements).
● Coordinate with vendors and contractors, track budgets, and report progress to management.
Training & Development:
● Identify training needs at outlet level for staff in operations, safety, finance, and customer service.
● Conduct or coordinate training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
● Support staff development through performance feedback and skill enhancement plans.
