We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Field Officer to join our Real Estate team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth execution of projects by coordinating on-site activities, handling documentation, engaging with clients, and managing statutory approvals. The ideal candidate will have experience in DTCP processes, government approvals, and liaising with administrative offices, combined with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a link between clients, site teams, and the office for project coordination.
- Conduct site visits, property inspections, and client walkthroughs.
- Support sales and marketing teams with client engagement and field-level coordination.
- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Draft and maintain agreements such as sale deeds, lease deeds, and Power of Attorney.
- Prepare and organize allotment letters, demand notices, receipts, and project records.
- Assist in DTCP layout approvals, plan sanctions, and compliance submissions.
- Coordinate for RERA registration, patta transfers, ECs, land conversion, reclassification, and building plan sanctions.
- Follow up for NOCs from Fire, Pollution Control, Electricity, and Water departments.
- Liaise with panchayat, municipality, revenue, and registration offices for administrative approvals.
- Assist in land and property registration processes at Sub-Registrar offices.
- Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and approval timelines for management review.
- Ensure all legal, statutory, and company compliance requirements are met before project launch.
ualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Diploma in Real Estate, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate documentation, DTCP, or government approval work.
- Strong knowledge of DTCP, RERA, and local land regulations.
- Experience liaising with government and administrative offices.
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently to sites and government offices.
