Position Title: Area Sales Executive (ASE) FMCG

Role Summary:
The Area Sales Executive (ASE) will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by managing distributor and retailer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets. The role requires proactive fieldwork, strong relationship management, and effective market intelligence gathering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure timely collections and manage credit control with distributors/retailers.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets and expand market penetration.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
- Plan and execute local promotions, activations, and visibility initiatives.
- Regularly visit markets to ensure product availability, visibility, and market share.
- Address distributor/retailer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback to the head office.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smoother supply chain and promotional execution.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
