We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through face-to-face sales visits and consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within assigned territory
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to decision-makers
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B field sales (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
