Location: Naranpura, Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday; Third Saturdays Off)

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Field Sales Representative to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust and loyalty.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and escalations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, meetings, and emails.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare reports on account status and client feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or in customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
