Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation:Develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and pursue leads through various methods like client visits, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Client Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Sales Presentations:Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to promote products or services, understanding client needs to offer suitable solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to generate revenue.
- Market Awareness:Stay informed about industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and conduct market research.
- Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Reporting:Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
- Territory Management:Travel to different locations within an assigned territory to meet clients and promote company offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales or a similar outside sales role.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Organizational & Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a territory effectively.
- Motivation & Independence: A self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented individual capable of working independently.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively and work outside of traditional business hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
