Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers including interior designers, contractors, architects, builders, and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell furniture products, including modular kitchen solutions, plywood, laminates, and hardware.
- Conduct regular field visits and site meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and present quotations and follow up to convert leads into orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Provide market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the production and delivery teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking tools regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of field sales experience strictly in the furniture industry.
- Good knowledge of furniture materials, hardware, and modular fittings.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Minimum qualification: Graduation in any stream.
