Job Title: Business Development Associate
Role Overview:
The Business Development Associate plays a pivotal role in expanding our market footprint by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is key to increasing the reach and impact of our educational products and solutions within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with educational institutions, including coaching centers, within the assigned territory
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed on regional trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Present customized product solutions aligned with client requirements and institutional goals
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance to support client decision-making
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to enhance offerings and user experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM tools
- Regularly review sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and support
- Share market insights, success stories, and best practices with peers and leadership
- Deliver post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business
- Handle client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships and brand reputation
Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields)
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client-facing roles
- Preferred: Experience in Education, Publishing, EdTech, or related sectors

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical thinking with a strategic approach to problem-solving
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting
- Prior experience in field sales or direct client engagement is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel across the region based on business requirements

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
