Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Institutional Marketing Executive to drive partnerships and tie-ups with schools and educational institutions. This role is crucial in expanding Zia Academy’s presence by building strong relationships and effectively promoting our offline and online offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit 3-4 institutions daily to establish and maintain relationships with administrators and key decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations and pitches for our various online and offline products, specifically tailored for institutional tie-ups.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of Zia Academy’s coaching programs and product offerings to prospective partners.
- Maintain accurate visit records by updating an Excel sheet after each visit with details such as names, positions, contact information, remarks, feedback, and products pitched.
- Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and encourage partnerships.
- Address queries and concerns from institution representatives promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular updates and reports on activities, feedback, and outcomes from institution visits to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align strategies and improve offerings based on market needs.
- Attend meetings at the company office as required, contributing to discussions on strategies to improve sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in institutional marketing, business development, or educational sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
- Strong relationship-building ability and a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to travel extensively for institutional visits.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
