Role Overview: Collection Executive (for Bio Medical Device Company)
A Collection Executive plays a critical role in managing and recovering overdue payments from clients or customers. This position involves proactively reaching out to debtors, negotiating repayment terms, and ensuring timely collections—all while maintaining professionalism and complying with company policies and legal regulations. Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Focus Areas:
- Initiating contact with clients to follow up on outstanding dues
- Developing and negotiating repayment plans
- Monitoring and ensuring timely payments
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities
- Complying with internal protocols and regulatory requirements
