Key Responsibilities:
- International Customer Relations:Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Compliance:Ensure all export activities comply with relevant regulations, including obtaining necessary licenses and permits.
- Documentation:Prepare and manage all export-related documentation, such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Logistics Coordination:Coordinate the transportation, customs clearance, and delivery of goods to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Market Analysis:Monitor international market trends and conditions to identify potential export opportunities and advise management on strategies.
- Negotiation:Negotiate export contracts, prices, and terms with customers and suppliers.
- Problem Solving:Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the export process.
- Reporting:Prepare and analyze export reports, providing regular updates to management on export activities and performance.
- Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth export operations.
