- Prepare and verify accuracy of export documents such as Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth shipments.
· Maintain records of all shipment documentation and track shipment statuses.
- Resolve any issues related to export documentation and provide support during customs inspections.
· Stay updated with changes in export regulations and ensure company practices adhere to current standards.
· Communicate with clients and internal departments to gather necessary shipment Information.
