Job Summary:
The Documentation Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end export/import documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely coordination with shippers, shipping lines, and consolidators. The role involves working on freight software, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring smooth cargo movements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on freight software such as Ship this platforms.
- Handle packages like Descartes for BL filing and ISF filing.
- Prepare the House Bills of Lading (HBLs) and obtain necessary approvals from shippers.
- Billing to the accounts team and sharing with customers &
- File Master Bills of Lading (MBL) and ACD with consolidators.
- Following up with customers for payments & Coordinate and maintain effective communication with Shippers, Shipping Lines, and Consolidators to ensure smooth documentation flow.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Logistics / International Business or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in shipping/export-import documentation.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, BL preparation, HBL filing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
