Job Title: EXIM Executive / Officer
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Export & Import Documentation
- Prepare & verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
- Handle import documentation (Bill of Entry, Delivery Order, etc.)
- Filing of shipping bills and custom clearance papers
- Coordination with Authorities
- Liaise with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, banks, DGFT, and customs officials
- Ensure timely clearances and compliance with regulatory norms
- Logistics & Shipment Handling
- Manage end-to-end logistics for inbound and outbound shipments
- Arrange transport, negotiate freight, and track shipments
- License Management
- Handle Advance Authorization, EPCG, MEIS, RoDTEP and Duty Drawback claims
- Apply and manage licenses with DGFT and other authorities
- Banking & Payment Support
- Manage LC documentation and banking coordination for international trade
- Ensure timely payment follow-up and documentation for remittances
- MIS & Reporting
- Maintain EXIM records, shipment status reports, and regulatory documentation
- Prepare regular MIS reports for management
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of EXIM policies and DGFT procedures
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems
- Understanding of INCO Terms, LC, and international trade laws
