Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Run B2B lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, IndiaMART, and other directories.
- Identify potential importers/distributors in target countries.
- Social Media Management:
- Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Design basic creatives or coordinate with designers.
- Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries.
- Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
- Send regular marketing emails/newsletters to buyers.
- Use WhatsApp Business for sharing brochures and pricing.
- CRM Handling:
- Update product pages, case studies, and buyer testimonials.
- Manage leads through CRM tools (Apollo, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools)
- CRM and email marketing tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Sendinblue)
- Export-import industry knowledge is a plus
Incentive Structure:
- Lead Quality Bonus: ₹1,000 – ₹2,000/month based on number of qualified leads handed over to BDM.
- Campaign Success Bonus: ₹5,000/quarter for meeting ad performance KPIs (CTR, CPL, etc.).
- Annual Bonus: Up to ₹15,000 based on branding goals and traffic growth.
Notes:
- Strong Google Ads/LinkedIn performance can be directly linked to lead generation bonuses.
