What we expect

Provide second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot escalated tickets from Level 1 support and ensure timely resolution.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and enterprise applications.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions through Active Directory or other identity platforms.
Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues.
Perform regular system and security updates, backups, and patch management.
Support IT asset management (hardware/software inventory).
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and equipment procurement.
Document support activities, technical procedures, and configuration changes.
Assist in implementing IT policies and security protocols.
Provide user training and guidance when needed.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and system troubleshooting.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g ServiceNow, Jira).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
