This person should have the experience working in an school environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to the top management

- Answer phone calls received and direct them appropriately.
- Read and write correspondence in mail or email form
- Should have good experience in system handling (MS Word, Excel) and good in Typing.
- Provide cover when necessary for Reception duties
- Record notes and messages for the employer.
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences.
- Manage travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for the employer as necessary.
- Manage the employer's calendar and appointment scheduling.
- Making all functions & Event in the school campus.
- Organizing food refreshments for business lunches.
- Ready to to multitasking.
