We’re currently looking for an Personal Assistant for our school. The ideal candidate should be with exceptional communication skills and highly attentive to details. This person should have the experience working in an school environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to the top management

- Answer phone calls received and direct them appropriately.
- Read and write correspondence in mail or email form
- Should have good experience in system handling (MS Word, Excel) and good in Typing.
- Provide cover when necessary for Reception duties
- Record notes and messages for the employer.
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences.
- Manage travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for the employer as necessary.
- Manage the employer's calendar and appointment scheduling.
- Making all functions & Event in the school campus.
- Organizing food refreshments for business lunches.
- Ready to to multitasking.
