About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Curtis Hills, VP of Sales Engineering at SubcontractorHub. This role requires a motivated individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks, handle confidential information, and communicate with professionalism. The ideal candidate is skilled at taking direction and completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the VP’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, memos, and other documents as required.
- Serve as a liaison between the VP and other team members within SubcontractorHub.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and attend meetings, record accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Learn and become proficient in SubcontractorHub’s proprietary software to streamline support tasks and improve productivity.
- Assist in organizing company events and managing logistics as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable learning new software and adapting to changes in technology.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
