Description
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the COO. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, as the role requires frequent interaction with international colleagues and clients. Knowledge of the French language will be considered a strong advantage. The Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, supporting daily operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
- Assist in drafting and updating content for internal communication.
- Support project execution and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
