Job description
We are hiring a Wedding Event Coordinator with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
- Work closely with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences.
- Coordinate with vendors ) to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage schedules for the photography and videography teams.
- Oversee event flow on the wedding day and troubleshoot any issues.
- Create and manage detailed timelines for the event.
- Provide a stress-free experience for the couple by handling all logistics.
- Assist with post-event tasks and client feedback collection.
- 0-1 years of experience in wedding or event coordination is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with wedding photography/videography is a plus.
- Ability to work long hours on event days, including weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
