Position: Female Event Coordinator

Location: HSR Layout sector
Type: Temporary/Contract (Event-based) or Full-Time
Experience: 1–5 years in event coordination preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute event activities from start to finish
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee event setup, on-site management, and breakdown
- Coordinate guest registrations, hospitality, and VIP handling
- Ensure event branding and presentation meet Beast Drive’s standards
- Prepare event timelines and manage schedules effectively
- Handle on-the-day problem-solving and last-minute changes
Requirements:
- Female candidate, aged [insert preferred range if any]
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in events, hospitality, or PR (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Presentable, confident, and able to represent the brand professionally
