Responsibilities:
- Research and write news articles, features, and opinion pieces on national and international events.
- Deliver accurate, well-structured, and original content in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with editors and other writers to develop compelling story ideas..
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a content writer, preferably for a news portal or media outlet.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Strong research capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to breaking news situations.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital publishing best practices is a plus.
