Job Title: Order Executive
Job Description:
The Order Executive is responsible for efficiently managing and processing e-commerce orders. This includes generating and handling shipping labels, maintaining accurate MRP labels, overseeing returns, and coordinating closely with packing and picking teams to collect daily operational reports.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage order and shipping labels.
- Maintain updated and accurate MRP labels.
- Oversee and manage product returns and related documentation.
- Collect and verify daily reports from the packing and picking teams.
- Ensure smooth order processing operations to meet timelines and maintain customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with different teams.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and data entry.
Experience:
- Previous experience in e-commerce order handling or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
