Role: E-Commerce Assistant
Location: Bandra Studio | Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing & Management:
Upload and update products on Shopify and other marketplaces (e.g., Myntra, Ajio), ensuring accurate images, descriptions, SKUs, and pricing.
- Order Fulfillment:
Track and process online orders, coordinate with operations for timely dispatch, generate shipping labels, and update order statuses.
- Inventory Coordination:
Monitor stock levels, assist in stock audits, and flag low inventory or fast-selling SKUs for restocking.
- Customer Support:
Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and social media, providing information on orders, sizing, and custom requests.
- Content & Creative Support:
Collaborate with the design and marketing team to manage product visuals and creatives for listings and campaigns.
- Marketplace Operations:
Assist in handling portals like Myntra Partner Panel, Ajio Seller Central, etc., including raising returns, tracking RTOs, and coordinating claims.
- Reports & Analytics:
Maintain basic reports for sales, returns, order volumes, and assist in preparing insights for monthly reviews.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,381.56 - ₹20,000.00 per month
