Job Title: NephrologistJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nephrologist to join our medical team. The role involves diagnosing and treating diseases and disorders of the kidneys, managing dialysis treatments, and providing specialized care for patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and other renal conditions. The Nephrologist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat kidney-related diseases such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), kidney stones, glomerulonephritis, and renal failure.
- Manage patients requiring dialysis (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis).
- Monitor and evaluate kidney transplant patients pre- and post-surgery.
- Prescribe medications, lifestyle modifications, and dietary guidelines for kidney health.
- Collaborate with surgeons, dietitians, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work, urine tests, and imaging studies.
- Provide preventive care and counseling for patients at risk of renal disease.
- Conduct follow-up consultations and manage long-term treatment plans.
- Stay updated with advancements in nephrology treatments and practices.
Qualifications Required:
- MBBS degree from a recognized university.
- MD/DNB in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics.
- DM/DNB in Nephrology (mandatory).
- Valid medical license/registration with state medical council.
- Proven clinical experience as a Nephrologist.
Skills Needed:
- Strong knowledge of nephrology and renal replacement therapies.
- Expertise in dialysis management and post-transplant care.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients and families.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹113,338.96 - ₹914,081.60 per year
