This is a full-time on-site role as a BAMS Doctor Trainer, located in Hyderabad. As a BAMS Doctor Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for New joiners, focusing on Ayurvedic practices and products. You will develop and deliver training modules, provide coaching and support to existing Employees, and ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively use our products. Your role will contribute to the success of our mission to improve healthcare and enhance the well-being of individuals.
Qualifications
- Qualified BAMS Doctor with a valid license to practice
- Prior experience in conducting training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Ayurvedic practices and principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training techniques to meet the needs of different learning styles
- If Required Diagnosing patients health concern over the phone
- Prescribing products and diet program to overcome the health problem
- Fluency in English,Telugu and Hindi
- Preferably Male candidates
- Must have 1 year experience any Ayurvedic practice
