We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Agency representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and partners to drive sales growth.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels including networking and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to clients effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and improve outreach efforts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
