JOB SUMMARY
Role Purpose:To manage and coordinate logistics operations including third-party courier partners, direct courier bookings, customer complaint resolution, and shipment tracking to ensure smooth and timely deliveries to customers.
Salary Range: Rs 10,000 / 15,000
Experience Required:
· 0–2 years in logistics/courier coordination or dispatch management.
· Familiarity with courier portals.
· Strong coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shipment Coordination
· Book daily shipments through third-party portals.
· Manage direct courier bookings for special deliveries.
· Generate and share AWBs/labels with the warehouse team.
2. Tracking & Monitoring
· Track all shipments till delivery confirmation.
· Handle delayed/lost shipments with courier partners.
3. Customer Complaints & Escalations
· Address courier-related customer complaints promptly.
· Coordinate internally to provide resolutions.
· Coordinate with courier partners and warehouse team for quick resolution.
4. Documentation
· Maintain shipment records, PODs, and delivery confirmations.
· Update shipment details in Excel & company software daily.
5. Support to Warehouse & Customers
· Work closely with the warehouse team to align daily dispatches.
· Support customer service team with delivery-related updates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
