Responsibilities & Requirements:
· Ensure all published content is SEO-optimized (meta tags, internal linking, keyword density, etc.)
· Coordinate with the content and syndication teams to ensure news is posted promptly
· Align publication schedules with key trends, events, and industry movements
· Supervise timely social media sharing of all published content across platforms
· Craft GTM strategies for new offerings or partnerships
· Track KPIs and performance data to fine-tune campaigns and investments
· Identify growth opportunities through partnerships, content, or paid channels
· Plan monthly and weekly content calendars for each publication’s social handles
· Brainstorm and launch campaigns to boost engagement, clicks, and followers
· Collaborate with the graphics team to ensure posts are visually aligned with the brand
· Monitor analytics to improve content types, timing, and platform usage
· Work closely with the content team to guide editorial direction based on SEO and reader trends
· Recommend new content formats (interviews, spotlights, data pieces) to boost reach and authority
· Strategically plan and schedule unique content aligned with publication goals and audience interests
· Ensure content strategy supports broader lead generation and brand positioning efforts
· Conduct regular SEO audits and identify areas for technical and on-page optimization
· Develop and implement keyword strategies tailored to each publication
· Monitor SERP rankings and adjust strategies to improve visibility
· Keep up with Google algorithm updates and incorporate best practices
Qualifying Criteria:
· 2-3 years’ experience required
· Strong knowledge of SEO principles, tools, and techniques (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
· Strong familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a plus.
· A strong willingness to learn, explore, and adapt to the evolving marketing landscape.
· Enthusiastic about working with publication-based websites and digital platforms like YouTube and social media.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
