G3 Interactive is a growing software development and staff augmentation company. We are looking for a full-time, in-house Digital Marketing Expert to lead and implement our digital marketing strategy, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth.
Role Overview:
You will take ownership of our digital presence and campaigns, working full-time during business hours to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.
- Manage campaigns across social media, PPC, display ads, email, and other online platforms.
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct SEO research and optimize website and content for search engines.
- Create and manage content for blogs, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and email campaigns.
- Engage and grow the social media community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work full-time during business hours.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
