Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
Handle office supplies and place orders as needed.
Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks.
Welcome visitors and provide necessary assistance.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office space.
Assist with data entry and basic accounting tasks.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
