Job Description:
You must be a go getter and should be able to motivate the team Ability to keep clients engaged through creative contents on Social media and Digital platforms. and Handling Accounts.
Responsibilities : ️
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns or inquiries.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing information, updates, and support as needed.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule client meetings, appointments, and events.
Documentation: Maintain client records and documentation, keeping track of client interactions, preferences, and requests.
Skiils :
Must have experience in Social media management and Digital Marketing
Must be more Creative and Innovative.
Problem Solving
Decision Making
Leadership Quality
Must be good in English
Client Handling
Qualification :
BBA or MBA OR Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience : 2 to 4 years
