- Data Input:Accurately inputting and updating data from various sources, such as paper documents, digital files, and online forms, into computer systems and databases.
- Data Verification:Reviewing entered data for errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies, and correcting them as needed.
- Data Management:Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems, and performing regular backups of databases to prevent data loss.
- Report Generation:Creating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents from the databases as requested by management.
- Confidentiality:Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and adhering to company policies and data protection regulations.
- Administrative Tasks:Performing general clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, printing, monitoring office supplies, and other assigned tasks.
