Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting entries including sales, purchase, expenses, and receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closings.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting (freshers with strong knowledge may also be considered).
- Must ber from CA Firm.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP).
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
