Role Overview:
We are hiring a Data Entry Executive to ensure accurate and efficient management of our company’s data and purchase order processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in data entry and basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately raise and process purchase orders in line with company procedures.
- Enter, update, and maintain data across various databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as maintaining financial records and preparing reports.
- Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, applying calculations and basic formulas where needed.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering into systems.
- Organize and store documents and files for easy retrieval.
- Assist other departments with data-related requirements as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software/tools.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles will be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
