Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will be confident in making high-volume daily calls, building relationships, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Calls:
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to potential customers from the provided database.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all conversations.
- Lead Management:
- Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM/Excel.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on interested leads.
- Closing Sales:
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales/enrollments.
- Negotiate and handle objections effectively.
- Monthly Targets:
- Achieve the set monthly sales/revenue targets.
- Consistently work towards improving conversion rates.
- Reporting:
- Submit daily call logs and conversion reports to the manager.
- Share feedback from customers to improve processes.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10+2; graduation preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling/sales (Freshers welcome if fluent).
- Skills:
- Good communication skills in [languages required: English, Hindi, Telugu, etc.].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Persuasive and self-motivated.
Performance Targets & Incentives
- Daily Target: 100 calls with at least 20% follow-up leads.
- Monthly Sales Target: [Set based on your business, e.g., 20 closures/month].
