Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure consistency across records.
- Retrieve, review, and correct data when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Typist, or similar role.
- Minimum typing speed of 70 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency and focus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management is a plus.
