We are seeking a Senior Architect with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. With 8+ years of experience in data architecture and database design, preferably within the insurance sector, you will be responsible for designing data solutions on Azure and leveraging Azure Databricks for processing, transforming, and analyzing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured insurance data. Your expertise with Azure Data Factory will be essential in orchestrating complex ETL/ELT pipelines involving diverse data formats in large, heterogeneous insurance datasets. You must have a strong background in designing data models and schema for analytics, machine learning, and regulatory reporting in Databricks environments. Proficiency in automation and CI/CD deployment of Databricks solutions using GitHub Actions is required. Additionally, you should have in-depth knowledge of data security, RBAC, managed identities, encryption, and privacy regulations, with practical experience using Informatica for metadata management, data lineage, data cataloguing, and robust data governance within regulated environments. As a Senior Architect, you will be expected to translate complex insurance business requirements into scalable, production-ready Databricks and Azure architectures.
