Mandatory Skills
- At least 36 months of Identity and Access Management domain experience
- 24 Months of hands on experience on SailPoint IIQ product configuration/installation
- Skills to write the complex SQL queries
- Demonstrable experience in IAM domain Management solution.
- Understanding of Java programming language.
- Experience in transitioning services from a implementation partner post deployment and operationalizing a IAM solution
- Ability to work with multiple stake holders from Security, Operations, Application Owners and Service Providers on deployment activities and enhancing the IAM solution.
- Good Understanding of Operating systems, Database concepts and others potential targets or endpoints for a typical IAM Solution.
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Have strong analytical skills and communication skills
- Clear understanding of IAM solution design and configuration
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Should be capable of guiding and building teams and enhance technical & functional skills for the Analysts in the team.
- Adhere to organization policies
- Act as a SME and work stream participant on small- to medium-sized enhancement requests
- A quick learner and adaptable to changing environments
- Build strong professional working relationships with client personnel
- Responsible to lead the shift and work in rotational shifts supporting client environment.
- Deliver timely and high-quality work diligently
- Identify issues and opportunities, and communicate them to appropriate senior member

Minimum educational qualification: Graduation B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech.
Min work experience in SailPoint IIQ projects: minimum of 3 years with 2 years on client facing projects
Programming languages: Java, PowerShell, BeanShell scripting, JSON, Python, etc.
O/S : Linux, Windows
DB: SQL, MySQL, etc.
