Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic individuals with prior calling experience for the Voice Process. If you're passionate about customer interaction and looking to work in a stable day-shift role, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound customer calls related to loyalty programs or services.
- Communicate effectively in English and Hindi to resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Meet assigned targets in terms of call handling and customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a voice-based calling process.
- Undergraduates and graduates both can apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Willing to work from the office in day shifts.
Job Details:
- Salary (Experienced): ₹2.7 – ₹3.0 LPA
- Shifts: Day Shift only (Exact timings will be shared at the time of interview)
- Weekly Offs: Rotational
- Transport: No cab facility & no petrol allowance
- Work Mode: Work from Office
