- Handling inbound calls of US process, us customer support
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services offered by the company.

Qualification
UG / Graduate
Requirement:
- Must have excellent communication in English (both verbal and written)
- Candidate must have minimum six months of experience preferably in International BPO, International Voice, US process, Process Associate, international process
- Graduate freshers can also apply
- Candidates should be willing to work in 24/7 shift or us shift
- Able to join immediately
