Customer Support Executive (RTO & Reverse Logistics) with 6+ months work experience required in a healthcare brand located at Lower Parel / Parel (nearby staion), Mumbai

JD:
- Manage RTO (Return-to-Origin) cases by contacting customers to confirm delivery feasibility and resolve delivery issues
- Reduce order cancellations by offering exchanges or alternative solutions to retain customers
- Handle exchange requests, ensuring timely dispatch and correct item delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and operations teams for smooth processing of RTO and reverse logistics
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system, following company protocols
- Consistently meet monthly targets for RTO recovery and cancellation-to-conversion rates
- Keep customers informed with timely updates on order status, refunds, and replacements
Salary up to Rs 25,000 per month (can be increased slightly)
