- It’s an office based & Desk job
- Handling incoming calls / emails in your regional language.
- Providing necessary information to the company employees working in rural/Semi urban/urban area of your native state
- Call Logging, Service Booking, Customer support
- Resolving queries
- Forwarding the queries to the concerned department for solutions.
- Coordination
- Grievance management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
