Customer Support - Inside Sales Job Role & Responsibilities
● Handle incoming customer calls related to international and domestic travel.
● Understand the customer’s travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
● Assist customers with online bookings.
● Answer travel-related queries on pricing, destinations, group sizes, and itinerary
● Maintain records of conversations in CRM
● Cross-sell and upsell other services like insurance, visa, etc

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
