Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions efficiently, resolve queries promptly, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
- Resolve customer issues within defined SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when required.
- Provide feedback to improve processes, systems, and overall service delivery.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 2–5 years of customer support experience.
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and high customer empathy.
