Experienced Candidates: ₹3,20,000 LPA + ₹79,000 Variable Shift Allowance (VSA)
Freshers: ₹2,54,640 LPA + ₹70,360 Variable Shift Allowance (VSA)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for US healthcare customers.
- Assist with claims, billing, insurance, and benefits queries.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy on calls.
- Escalate complex cases when required.
- Meet call quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any stream (recent pass-outs preferred)
- Freshers and candidates with 1 yr of exp in Support roles are preferred.

Pay: ₹255,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
