We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Attend customer calls and respond to queries related to products, warranty, troubleshooting, and general assistance.
- Warranty Registration & Claims: Register customer warranties, process claims, and ensure smooth resolution.
- Issue Resolution: Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, finance, and support staff) to manage refunds, replacements, and product concerns.
- Troubleshooting Assistance: Guide customers through product troubleshooting and provide effective solutions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent English communication skill is a must.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but training will be provided.
