Responsibilities for Outbound Customer Service Representative
- Make outbound calls to assist customers, resolve inquiries, and promote products/services.
- Communicate effectively in English, Bengali, and Hindi to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Identify customer needs, generate leads, and follow up for conversions.
- Work in day shift.
- Monday to Friday (6 days).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
