Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our customers by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds following company guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Assist in improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and customer support tools.
- Patience and a customer-first attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
